Hi, I'm Sravani.

Your Humanness began as a personal quest to cultivate my own attention fractured by an overwhelming digital cacophony. When digital noise and information inundated my life, I realized the urgent need to intentionally distance myself from distraction, and restore my attention and my own creativity.

I felt the need to have a better relationship with my own thoughts and emotions and with others in real life. Relations that were not distracted by another notification.

I wanted to hear poetry for peace, a song for life, I wanted to create, I wanted to hear a stream gurgle in real life. I wanted to be human. I wanted to feel human.

Turns out that others were asking the same question too: when the world is charging at the speed of light and fragmenting our attention, how do we stay whole and unstressed? How do we keep our creativity alive? When every moment is rushed, how do we restore our awareness of the present one? How do we stay human in these times?

My practice of mindfulness and meditation, and my analog creative explorations helped me answer these questions. They led me to build Your Humanness, where the core objective is to bring you back to your attention. So you can be more aware, be more creative, and nourish your emotional well-being.

Your Humanness is a gentle invitation to explore and nurture the human inside you.

My education in Neuroscience and Mindfulness from the University of Toronto, and in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) from Brown University empowered me to apply the science into my daily life and design it for you.
